Code of ethics

The “Code of Ethics”, prepared and adopted by 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. in order to provide a detailed description of the ethical and behavioural principles that the Parent Company, its subsidiaries and their respective employees and collaborators (as well as all other Recipients) must adopt and observe during the performance of their duties, can be downloaded from this page.

The Code of Ethics, which is part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model, also sets out those principles as part of the Company’s relations with its main stakeholders, providing precise criteria of conduct to be followed by the Company in such relations right from outset.
