Organization and management model

The Organization and Management Model (pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001) adopted by the Parent Company, 2i Rete Gas S.p.A., as well as the one adopted by its Subsidiaries can be downloaded from this page.

The Model has a “general section” that describes, among other things, the content of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the objectives and functioning of the Model, the duties of the control body that supervises its implementation and compliance, and the sanctions envisaged.

The “special sections” which follow describe the different types of predicate offenses that imply the liability of legal persons pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001.

Lastly, with regard to the company 2i Rete Dati S.r.l., it should be noted that it has adopted The Organization and Management Model already applied by the Parent Company 2i Rete Gas S.p.A., together with its own Code of Ethics, fully aligned with the one of the Parent Company.
