10/07/2015 - Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Milan, July 10th 2015 – Today the Board of Directors of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. has appointed by cooptation Michele Enrico De Censi as new member of the Board of Directors of the company.
In the same session, the Board of Directors has also appointed De Censi as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the company effective July 13, 2015, conferring to him the relevant management powers.
Michele Enrico De Censi has gained a long managerial experience in utilities-related infrastructure through a 20-year long career in listed multiutility companies.
With the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Committee that had been appointed by the Board of Directors on April 29, 2015 shall automatically expire from its office.
